  • You can book the studio online from 7:00am - 9:00pm.
    To book the studio before or after hours, email hello@thegatheringplacelv.com

  • When your booking is confirmed + your waiver is signed, we will send you a 4 digit code to enter on the key pad on the door of the space.

  • Our cleaning policy is made with our community in mind : Try and leave the space cleaner than you found it! We rely on a community mindset to keep this space running. Please refer to the cleaning checklist every time you visit to make sure everything is put back where it belongs and the space is left clean and tidy for the next client coming in. We are not like Airbnb, coming in between guests, so we truly need everyone to help keep the space clean so that everyone can enjoy a clean space. If the space is not cleaned as the poster in the space indicates, we will charge your cc on file $200.

  • We have a white wall, a greenery wall, a white brick space, and a tan wall all for shooting. We also have converted our storage room door to look like the front of a home which makes the perfect photo opp! We also have a rolling prop wall that rotates colors seasonally.

  • All bookings are final sale. Bookings may be rescheduled to another date or canceled for credit hours, but no refunds. No exceptions.

  • e do not offer lighting equipment. However, you are welcome to bring your own!  The studio is equipped with natural light + fresh white LED ceiling light that give you beautiful light in the evening. The windows offer 2 layers of sheer curtains that can be customized to your needs while shooting. 

  • You will always find great light while the sun is up! The light can get pretty bright so the two layers of curtains will be key to illuminating the studio without harsh shadows. The ceiling lights are bright white and make for great photography lighting when the sun is down.

  • Yes! We love styled shoots and support the creativity. Each month The Gathering Place provides a styled set. If you are curating your own style shoot/set, please book the time time needed to fulfill your vision!

  • No! We do not provide photographers, you would need to find one that would suit your needs. We do have a list of professionals that we LOVE including photographers and models you can find that here.

  • The studios are perfect for product photography, styled shoots, family photography, large groups, commercials, etc. No adult content may be shot in the studio. If you would like clarity on a specific idea or event please email us!

  • All furniture, props, and walls can be moved to suit your needs! The props in each studio must stay in the studio and put back when once you have completed your session. When moving furniture please pick them up so that they do not drag and scratch the floor. 

  • Yes! Any moment that needs photographing! The space is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, classes, or whatever you can dream up! Please email us to discuss your needs or for any questions. 

  • We would love to have you set up shop in our space! We offer 3-8 hour time blocks, or you’re welcome to book for the entire day. Please email or call us for more information or click BOOKINGS to schedule!

  • Kids are allowed with parental supervision only. We do not have a designated place for children to play, so keep an eye on those little cuties!

FAQs

  • Yes! You have access to the studio for as long as you book. If you need an hour to set up once you arrive and then another hour to clean up before leaving, you'll want to book an extra two hours to cover that. For example, if you want your event to run from 9 AM and end at 1 PM and require an hour to set up and clean up, you'll want to book the space from 8 AM - 2 PM :)

    Essentially, if you booked the space from 4 PM - 8 PM, that means you can get in the room to set up at 4 PM and must be completely cleaned up and cleared out of the space by 8 PM. Therefore, it's very important that you book the correct amount of time that you need in the beginning because adding time before or after your event is not always an option.

  • Outside food for catering is allowed! However, no food or taco trucks are permitted without permission. Also, keep in mind there is no kitchen on-site. It's best to bring your food already prepared for guests to enjoy or whatever you may need to keep the food warm.

    If you plan to bring ice, you must bring an ice chest to keep the ice from melting in our space. We do have a small mini fridge and freezer for your use!

  • Absolutely no alcohol is allowed in the space, no exceptions.

  • Yes, they are 40 white folding chairs, and four 6ft tables. It's important to note that we only provide these items, you are responsible for setting them up.

  • The Gathering Place is $75/hour Monday - Thursday and $100/hour Friday - Sunday. The Market is $60/hour Monday - Thursday and $75/hour Friday - Sunday. The more hours you book the less the hourly rate is! To secure your date, you must pay your rental fee in full at the time of booking.

  • Yes! You can view on Studio Tour online or book a 10 minute self guided studio tour!

  • No. Your rental with us is limited to the use of inside our space.

  • Yes! We have a private restroom in both spaces.

Policies

We are SO grateful to have you in the studio!
Here are our studio policies so that you know what to expect!

  • No refunds will be given. But don’t worry! You can reschedule up to 48 hours (for Monday - Friday bookings) before your booking or cancel and receive a studio credit for future use (valid 1 year).

  • NEW POLICY* Saturday and Sunday bookings must be rescheduled or canceled within 14 days of the booking to receive a credit for future booking. No credits will be given if you cancel within 13 days or less.

  • If you need to take an extra few minutes to clean up after your session, just let us know. You will not be charged extra for tidying up.

  • Clients must return premises to the order and cleanliness specified in the contract and indicated inside the space. If it is not, a $200 cleaning charge will be billed to the client’s credit card within 24 hours along with an email.

  • No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance.

  • No non-prescription or illegal drugs.

  • Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics or words.

  • No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.

  • Small pets are allowed by checking the “Pet Charge” add-on at check out for an additional $25.

  • No photographing/filming/producing of any adult material such as pornography or any other illegal activity of any kind.

  • We use a security camera in the space to ensure these rules are being followed.
